Having completed over 50 "fix and flips" as well as ground-up construction, he has a unique perspective that helps his clients see behind the curtain and accurately assess potential homes. Joey prides himself in getting to know his clients wants, needs, and motivating factors as he becomes their partner throughout the real estate journey.

He has a true passion for assisting his clients in the home buying or selling process. He lives by the rule of always placing himself in his client’s shoes, and treating each search, listing, investment, and transaction as if it was his own unique experience.
